What this actually is. 65Plan.org is an educational website connected to TKT Enterprises, an independent insurance agency. It is not an insurance company, a government agency, a bank, or a registered investment adviser, and it does not sell insurance, annuities or securities directly online. It connects you with a licensed agent who can.

Who stands behind it. Any Medicare plan, life insurance policy, or annuity discussed here is issued and administered by the insurance carrier that underwrites it, not by 65Plan.org or TKT Enterprises. Any guarantee is the claims-paying ability of that carrier, not a promise made by this website.

How the numbers can vary. The Medicare Clarity Score and the Retire-Early Number are simplified estimates built only from the answers you give. Real Medicare plan costs, networks and drug coverage vary by ZIP code, carrier and plan year. Real insurance and annuity growth depends on the specific product, its costs, and current rates. Hypothetical projections do not guarantee future results.

Costs and fees. Using the calculators and the free membership costs nothing. Any policy, plan or annuity you eventually buy carries its own premiums, fees or surrender charges, disclosed in writing by a licensed agent before you buy anything. Stopping payments on some products can reduce or end coverage.

Tax treatment. General mentions of tax-advantaged growth describe how certain life insurance and annuity products are typically treated under current federal tax law, which can change. Neither 65Plan.org nor TKT Enterprises gives tax advice. Talk with a qualified tax professional before deciding anything based on tax treatment.

What we are and what we are not. TKT Enterprises and its team are licensed insurance agents, not attorneys, CPAs, or fee-only fiduciary investment advisers. For legal, accounting or investment advice, please consult a licensed professional in that field.

The calculator’s method and its limits. The Medicare Clarity Check scores your answers on five questions (Medicare timeline, current coverage, number of prescriptions, how much doctor network matters to you, and budget); it flags common gaps but does not check real plan pricing or networks in your area. The Retire-Early Number projects a future balance from a monthly amount, a number of years, and a chosen growth rate of 4%, 6.5% or 9%, compounded monthly, excluding fees, costs and taxes. A real illustration from the issuing carrier controls over either estimate.

Licensing and where we can operate. Tracey Twarog and TKT Enterprises’ agents are licensed insurance producers based in Clifton Park, New York, serving clients nationwide. A license can be verified through your state’s department of insurance or the National Insurance Producer Registry at nipr.com. Agents only discuss and sell insurance products in states where they hold an active license.
