Privacy Policy

What we collect. Depending on how you use 65Plan.org, we collect: answers you give the Medicare Clarity Check or Retire-Early Number calculators; your name, date of birth, who the plan is for, phone, email, goal and a rough monthly amount if you use the chat intake at /start; your name, email, phone and a target retirement age if you create a free membership; anything you save to a plan page; and posts, messages and profile details inside the member community. The calculators and browsing the site work without giving us anything. Date of birth is asked because it confirms you are old enough to continue and helps a licensed agent give you an accurate answer.

Why we collect it. To answer your question, to have a licensed member of Tracey’s team follow up if you ask for that, to run your free membership and track your saved plan, and to keep the community and courses working.

Who sees it. Tracey Twarog and TKT Enterprises’ licensed team see what you submit. It is processed by our service providers: Cloudflare (hosting and the database), Resend (sending lead and account emails), and, once Tracey connects it in the back office, GoHighLevel (her client relationship system). We do not sell your personal information or share it for third-party advertising.

State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Email tracey@tktenterprises.com to ask, and we will respond within 30 days.

Contact consent and texts. Submitting the calculator, the chat intake, or the membership form means you agree that 65Plan.org and TKT Enterprises may contact you by phone, text or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Your choices. To see, correct, export or delete what we hold about you, email tracey@tktenterprises.com.

Cookies. Signing in to the free membership sets a session cookie so you stay signed in. We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies.

Children. 65Plan.org and its free membership are for adults 18 and older. An adult can complete the calculator or the intake form on behalf of a minor, such as a grandchild, but the account itself belongs to the adult.

Changes. We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top of this page always shows the version currently in effect.
