The calculator is an estimate. The Medicare Clarity Check and the Retire-Early Number both use the answers you give to produce a simplified estimate. They assume the inputs you enter are accurate and, for the Retire-Early Number, a steady monthly contribution at a chosen growth rate before fees. Neither is a quote, an offer, an enrollment, or a guarantee of any result.

No advice. Nothing on 65Plan.org is financial, tax, legal, or medical advice. Speak with a licensed insurance agent, a tax professional, or an attorney before making a decision based on anything here.

Real numbers come from the provider. Any Medicare plan, life insurance policy, or annuity you actually apply for is issued by its underwriting carrier, and that carrier’s official documents and illustrations control over any estimate shown on this site.

Membership and community. One free account per person. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account if you share it. Be respectful in the community: posts or accounts that are abusive, spam, or otherwise break these terms can be removed.

Use of the site. Do not submit false information, misuse the calculators or the intake form, or attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the site.

Liability. 65Plan.org is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, TKT Enterprises and 65Plan.org are not liable for decisions made based on information on this site.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, where TKT Enterprises is based.
